Dr. Dunaway and his staff at Baton Rouge are absolutely outstanding! They were there to lend a listening ear and prayer, and even made our dreams of a little one come true through IUI (we have our 1st ultrasound coming soon) after trying on our own for three years. I am so grateful for Dr. Lu and all of the FINO staff. Everyone was so wonderful from the front desk to the lab tech, nurses, and ultrasound techs. Everyone there knows your name and treats you like family. They will never give up on you. It was so bittersweet to leave. Because of them I am so happy to announce that my baby will be coming in April.

I also loved the whole staff at the Metairie office. Some of our hardest days were spent at that office, and they always made sure we were okay. Dr. Lu and everyone at FINO are amazing. Everyone is patient and so compassionate. Dr. Lu explains every step of the process and takes the time to make sure you understand. Dr. Lu found out why I was having my pregnancy losses, which really helped me with the healing process. I will recommend anyone struggling with infertility to FINO. The infertility support group meetings are also fantastic.

It has been a long few years and the staff at Dr. Dunaway’s office in Baton Rouge have been exceptional. I could never express my gratitude enough to Dr. Dunaway and his staff. They are always available and the two times I phoned Dr. Dunaway in the middle of the night, you could not have asked for a more polite person to speak with. Being greeted by Ms. Audry makes you feel right at home. All of the nurses have been absolutely fantastic. Ms. Jackie has the patience of a saint and the other ladies are just as amazing. The ultrasound techs make you feel extremely comfortable and explain everything in detail without any hesitation. The response time of the phone calls are unlike any I’ve ever seen. Thank you to Holly and Samone as well. You two have been great. It has been a long and emotional experience that started with surgery in 2014 where Dr. Dunaway found a surgical clip that had been left in me and has caused problems for years. I have had no pain since he removed that. I have had many various procedures over the last few years and at times I felt like giving up. I am glad we trusted Dr. Dunaway and his staff because now we have two little miracles that were well worth the wait. God bless these people. They are a huge part of our lives and we are forever thankful for them.

I gave birth to our little one in August. Last November we started seeing Dr. Huber at The Fertility Institute in Mandeville. I was nervous and scared that our dream would never come true, but Dr. Huber eased our nerves by telling us he would do everything he can for us to be successful. He didn’t sugar coat things nor did he push IVF or more advanced, and expensive, techniques. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Huber, his nurse and the rest of the staff. When our pregnancy was confirmed, Dr. Huber called me personally to go over our results. We were over the moon and couldn’t believe our dream had come true. They held our hand the entire way and were always courteous and kind. So after 13 years of marriage our baby girl was born. If you’re struggling with infertility I highly recommend The Fertility institute.

We love Dr. Clisham! He was always attentive, friendly, warm, caring and always available, which is what you want from your doctor when struggling with infertility. He helped us have our second baby after having many losses and waiting many years, and for this we are extremely grateful.

Best urologist in the business, very thorough, checks everything. He informed me that I had a heart murmur that my primary doc missed for 16 years. His testing and exams are flawless. Dr. Sartor helped me achieve two successful pregnancies. She is brilliant in diagnosing, troubleshooting and communicating the process. She was always available if I wanted to make an appointment to speak directly to her. I live an hour away and have a toddler. I felt that my time was respected because Dr. Sartor called me on a few occasions instead of having me come into the clinic to discuss a few matters regarding the direction of my treatment. She is straightforward and compassionate at the same time. She was 10 steps ahead of me and would go more aggressive with each cycle until I got pregnant. I felt like we were working together throughout the whole process. I frequented the Mandeville and Metairie offices. The staff in both offices promptly returned my phone calls. They exuded confidence while being positive and supportive. The staff is highly professional and a joy to work with.

My husband and I came in hoping to become pregnant with our first child after being diagnosed with PCOS We absolutely loved Dr. Dunaway from our first meeting with him! We did one medicated cycle that was unsuccessful and then moved on to IUIs. After the first IUI was unsuccessful as well, we went on to doing an HSG before our second IUI that was successful! We now have a beautiful 3 month old girl named Lucca Ivy.

After 12 years of marriage my husband and I finally sought the help of a physician in trying to conceive. From the moment we met Dr. Huber we knew he was the right doctor for us. We are among the lucky ones who got pregnant with minimal treatment. I always thought fertility was outside of our means and something we could never afford, but I was wrong. Our insurance provider paid most of our expenses. After 13 years of marriage my husband and I welcomed our little Emilia into this world on 8/14/2020.
