For New Patients
Prior to your first appointment, our team will provide a temporary login and password to access the eIVF Patient Portal. If at any time you have trouble setting up a new account, please contact our office.

Notice for current patients: portal messaging & availability
Portal messages are reviewed during regular office hours (8 a.m. Monday – 4 p.m. Friday). Please avoid messaging the practice on weekends and holidays, as responses are delayed. For immediate or urgent assistance, please contact the on-call physician.

Online Payments in PersonaPay
Paying for your care should be simple, secure, and stress-free.
Through our PersonaPay portal, you can:
- Make a payment online
- View billing statements
- PersonaPay is very intuitive and guides you through the process of making a partial payment or payment in full.
How can a patient make a payment?
Patients can make a payment in the following ways:
Self Service
- via a QR code printed on their paper statement
- via a link from the patient’s e-statement
- via PersonaPay portal

Pay Your Bill
Please note: On July 28, 2025, we switched billing systems from eIVF to Azalea Persona Pay.
Please check the date of service on your bill to determine which link you should use to pay your bill.
If your bill was for services that occurred on or BEFORE July 27, 2025, please click here to make a payment via eIVF:
If your bill was for services that occurred on or AFTER July 28, 2025, please click here to make a payment via Azalea’s PersonPay portal:
You may receive a bill from both eIVF and Azalea as we transition during July 2025. Please only pay Azalea for services after July 28.
