How does the overturning of Roe v. Wade impact your fertility care?
Some of our patients have reached out with questions and concerns about the impact overturning Roe v. Wade may have on their fertility care. The ruling does not limit or prohibit the Fertility Institute of New Orleans’ ability to provide high quality fertility care to our patients.
Currently patients undergoing treatment for IVF or other assisted reproduction techniques can move forward with their treatment. The current law does not further limit our ability to practice fertility medicine. Your embryos, eggs, and sperm are safe and will continue to be accessible.
