Our Packages

Fertility Diagnostics Package — $1,500

BEST FOR: Patients who want clarity before deciding on next steps.

• Includes hormone testing, venipuncture, ultrasound, Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) or Sonohysterogram (SHG), female infectious disease bloodwork, and a 30-minute follow-up consult.
• Optional new patient consultation: $225

Egg Freezing Package — $8,500

BEST FOR: Patients who want to preserve fertility for the future.

• Includes in-cycle monitoring, ultrasound-guided retrieval, lab services, one month of storage, anesthesia.
• Excludes medications and long-term storage.

IVF with Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) — $10,880

BEST FOR: Patients ready to move forward with treatment with no fertility insurance coverage (or those waiving coverage).

• Includes monitoring, retrieval, fertilization and culture, ICSI, assisted hatching, cryopreservation, six months of storage, anesthesia.
• Excludes medications, PGT, extra storage, additional procedures, embryo transfer.

Eligibility

Qualifications for these programs:

• Self-pay patients with no fertility insurance coverage or who waive using their insurance.
• All diagnostics and retrievals completed during the limited-time promotional period only.
  • Means having stimulated follicle growth and proceeded to have eggs retrieved. Typical time from consultation to retrieval varies but is typically within 6-8 weeks.

What is Fertility Access Initiative?

The Fertility Access Initiative is our way of supporting patients who are paying out-of-pocket for fertility treatment. We’re stepping up by offering meaningful,  upfront financial relief for a limited time.

Who qualifies for this program?

This program is available to self-pay patients — those without IVF insurance coverage or who choose not to use their insurance benefits for treatment.

What discounts are included?

$1,500 Fertility Diagnostics Package, or $10,880 self-pay package for IVF or $8,500 self-pay package for egg freezing that result in a retrieval during the limited-time promotional period. These discounts apply directly to treatment fees and are simple and transparent—no fine print, no hidden conditions.

Is this a limited-time offer?

Yes. This program is part of a time-sensitive effort to support patients during a period of stalled legislative change. We encourage you to connect with us as soon as possible to explore your  options. This offer is only available for a limited time.

 

Does this discount apply to other services or labs?

The Fertility Access Initiative applies specifically to our Fertility Diagnostics package, IVF package, or Egg freezing package. No other discount will apply. We do, however, offer separate bundled discounts for consultations, labs, and testing—ask our team for details.

Can I use this offer with financing options like PatientFi or CapexMD?

Yes! Fertility Access Initiative is compatible with both PatientFi and CapexMD, making treatment even more accessible with affordable monthly payments.
