Our Packages

Fertility Diagnostics Package — $1,700

• Hormone panel, ultrasound, imaging, and follow-up consultation
• Optional new patient consultation: $225

Egg Freezing Plan — $8,500

• Includes anesthesia, retrieval, cryopreservation, and one month of storage
• Excludes cycle medications and long-term storage

IVF with Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) — $15,000

• Includes retrieval, ICSI, culture, cryopreservation, anesthesia, and six months of storage
• Excludes medications, PGT, additional procedures, and extra storage

Eligibility

Qualifications for these programs:

• Self-pay patients with no fertility insurance coverage or who waive using their insurance.
• All diagnostics and retrievals completed by March 31, 2026 only.
  • Retrieval by March 31 – means having stimulated follicle growth and proceeded to have eggs retrieved. Typical time from consultation to retrieval varies but is typically within 6-8 weeks.
