What’s the Family First Plan?

The Family First Plan at The Fertility Institute offers 15% off all non-covered services, excluding diagnostics and Ovulation Induction, for eligible active-duty military and veterans.

Discounted services include: Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, Third-Party services, Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT), ICSI, in-house monitoring, egg retrieval, anesthesia, IVF lab services (standard embryology and andrology labwork), and cryopreservation as appropriate.

Eligibility:

• Active-duty U.S. military personnel and their partners
• No existing IVF insurance coverage

What’s Not Included:

• Initial diagnostic workup and fertility screening
• Certain procedures (e.g., sperm retrieval/TESA or MESA)
• Medications (discounts may be available through partner pharmacy programs)
• Pregnancy testing and post-transfer medical care
• Miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy treatment
• Storage fees for frozen eggs, sperm or embryos
