Congratulations to Dr. Dickey!

We are very excited to congratulate our own Dr Richard Dickey for receiving the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism in Medicine Award from the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) this year!

It is a most competitive award that honors an ASRM member who as a practicing physician has best demonstrated the ideals of compassionate and respectful care for a patient’s physical and emotional well-being.  He was selected for the award because of his demonstrated compassion and empathy in the delivery of patient care, his competence in scientific endeavors, his respect for patients, families and co-workers, his cultural sensitivity in working with patient and family member of diverse backgrounds, his understanding of a patients need for interpretation of complex medical diagnoses and treatments, his sensitivity to the patient’s psychological well-being and promoting trust and confidence.
