We are proud to congratulate Dr. Phillip H Rye on his retirement! We are thankful for his nearly 34 years of service at The Fertility Institute of New Orleans and wish him a wonderful and happy retirement! To help his patients, Dr. Rye has shared a few words as well:
Dear Patients,
To everything, there is a season. It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my retirement, effective June 1, 2019. It has been a great pleasure providing for your health care needs over the years, and it is not easy for me to give it up. Dr. William Farrell is another gynecologist in this office. I highly recommend him for your future medical needs. You can review his bio by visiting our website at www.fertilityinstitute.com.
Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person you designate only through your permission. If you plan to continue with this office, you do not need to take any action concerning your records. If you choose to see a different physician, you will need to sign an authorization form before we can release your medical records. Please note, by law, we cannot share your medical information without your written consent. You may sign this form at our office or you may complete the necessary paperwork at your first visit with your new doctor.
It has been a great pleasure meeting and caring for you all. I sincerely appreciate your loyalty and friendship over the years. Best wishes for your future health.
