Overcoming Obstacles Together
Our clinic team is a close-knit group with employees who have been with the company for years, some even decades. We rely on each other and work as a team to achieve our shared goal of helping our patients achieve a positive pregnancy. Most patients who are seeking fertility treatments are overwhelmed by their struggles to conceive, and it’s essential that we work together as a team to overcome obstacles.
Along with providing treatments that are unique to each patient’s needs, empathizing with the emotional needs of parents-to-be is a must. As partners on each person’s path to parenthood, we may be expected to navigate busy environments and educate our patients on the most realistic timeline.
Benefits and Compensation
We believe that for all team members to be good partners to our patients, we must first be good partners to our employees. We are proud to provide a combination of supplemental benefits to all eligible employees. These benefits include:
- Paid time off including vacations, sick days, and holidays
- Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance for employee and dependents
- 401-K Retirement Savings Plan
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- Employee Assistance Program
- And more!
We are constantly studying and evaluating our benefits programs and policies to better meet present and future requirements. These policies have been developed over the years and continue to be refined to keep up with the changing times and needs of our employees.
Continuing Education
The Fertility Institute prides itself on being a leader in the advancement of reproductive medicine. As such, we understand the importance of education and are proud to offer employees opportunities to grow within their careers, including an accreditation program through the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. Additionally, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) currently has a committee working on re-establishing a national nursing accreditation exam for REI nurses.
