Portal messages are reviewed during regular office hours (8 a.m. Monday – 4 p.m. Friday). Please avoid messaging the practice on weekends and holidays, as responses are delayed.

When it comes to health, questions often don’t begin and end within each business day. So we believe answers should be available when you need them with The Fertility Institute’s secure patient portal.
Here patients can easily communicate with our team, access patient records and forms, view lab results, schedule appointments and appointment reminders, view account balances, and pay bills online.

For new patients
Prior to your first appointment, our team will provide a temporary login and password to access the eIVF Patient Portal. If at any time you have trouble setting up a new account, please contact our office.
